Job summary

Advocate Health in West Allis, WI seeks a Manager Outpatient Procedural Services to lead GI services, same-day surgery, PAT, HBO, IV infusion and related teams. The role requires RN with BSN and strong leadership in surgical settings.

You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets and resources, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, foster professional education, and drive quality improvements while collaborating with physicians and nursing leadership within Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and BSN degree.
• Typically requires 5 years in surgical services; includes minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading procedural teams across staff, budgets, and HR functions.
• GI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in departmental strategic planning and policy-making.
• Maintains optimal staffing productivity with clinical judgment for safe, efficient operations.
• Promotes communication among patients, families, hospital departments and medical staff.
• Assures policies and procedures comply with Medical Center, Nursing Department and regulatory agencies.
• Serves as a clinical resource contact for patients, families and staff.
• Ensures unit orientation programs meet learning needs and coordinates unit-based education.
