Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily outpatient practice operations, manage administrative and clinical staff, and ensure efficient, cost-effective operations across locations. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, billing, revenue cycle, patient satisfaction, and policy development, with emphasis on onboarding providers and credentialing.

A minimum of 5 years in professional practice operations and an associate degree are preferred; the facility offers

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation in Professional Practice.
• Ability to foster teamwork with decision-making skills.
• Proficient at oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Manages daily operations of the practice.
• Supervises all staff in practice setting, including time and attendance, coaching, evaluation, and discipline.
• Assists with recruitment of open positions and supervision of staff adherence to policies.
• Oversees revenue cycle, work queue management and financial reporting for the practice.
• Monitors patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and improves patient access and workflows.
• Develops and enforces staff meeting agendas to achieve departmental goals.
• Onboards new providers and maintains insurance credentialing status.
• Delivers excellent customer service to achieve positive patient satisfaction scores.
