Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily outpatient practice operations and lead administrative and clinical staff. The role collaborates with Operations Management and the Administrative Director to ensure efficient office function.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of practice coordination experience, 2+ years of supervisory responsibility, and strong communication skills to improve patient access and outcomes in a hospital/private practice setting in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in practice coordination.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to foster teamwork with strong decision-making skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Practice.
• Supervise all staff in the practice setting, including scheduling, coaching, evaluation, and discipline as needed.
• Oversee revenue cycle, work queue management, and financial reporting for the practice.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and improve access and workflows with staff and physicians.
• Develop and lead staff meetings; enforce departmental policies and procedures.
• Coordinate special projects and ensure quality patient care standards.
