Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience or an Associate's degree in Business Management or related health field.
• Supervisory experience required; strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Office management and liaison between the Practice Administrator, providers, and team members; promote teamwork and smooth communication.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and budget adherence; seek efficiency improvements.
• Oversee billing practices, including data entry, charge/payment posting, and monthly reporting to administration.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and report progress to leadership with ongoing improvement plans.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned and adhere to organizational competencies.
• Lift at least 5 lbs, push/pull 5 lbs, and stand for 1 hour daily.
