You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Administrative Director to maintain high standards of patient care. This posting covers current JTCC HMMG Surgical Team Members (per diem, part time, or full time).

Competenze

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in practice coordination in the hospital or private practice setting.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to foster teamwork with decision-making skills.
• Proficient at oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills.
