Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily outpatient practice operations. The role manages administrative and clinical staff, ensuring efficient office performance and proactive problem solving.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Administrative Director to maintain high standards of patient care. This posting covers current JTCC HMMG Surgical Team Members (per diem, part time, or full time).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in practice coordination in the hospital or private practice setting.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to foster teamwork with decision-making skills.
• Proficient at oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily outpatient practice operations.
• Supervise administrative and clinical staff to ensure the office runs efficiently.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Administrative Director.
