Qualifications

• Active Colorado State PTA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• TB test may be required (AZ only).
• Colorado PTA license must be active before first day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress, problems and plans with the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in patient plan of care meetings.
• Record and complete treatment notes timely.
• Participate in discharge planning under PT supervision.
• Recommend needed equipment to the Physical Therapist.
• Accept other duties assigned.
• Progress and regress patients as needed while applying technology to daily practice.
