Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for our busy outpatient multidisciplinary office in Denver, CO. We treat orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological patients and are expanding pelvic floor services; interest in pelvic floor therapy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado State PTA license required.
• Comply with PTA licensure standards.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass TB test (AZ only).
• Must have a current Colorado PTA license before first day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Physical Therapist about patient progress and plans.
• Attend patient plan of care meetings and report progress and plans.
• Record treatment notes promptly per policy.
• Assist in discharge planning under therapist supervision.
• Recommend equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure appropriate use of therapy techniques and progress patients accordingly.
