Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Colorado Springs seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient, multidisciplinary clinic. The role focuses on orthopedic patients with expanding pelvic floor therapy, supporting movement-based treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient milestones.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado State License required.
• Comply with PTA licensure and certification standards.
• Current BLS Certification required; hybrid or in-person class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Physical Therapist about patient progress and plans.
• Participate in patient plan of care meetings and relay information to the PT.
• Record treatment notes and ensure timely documentation per policy.
• Assist in discharge planning under the Physical Therapist's supervision.
• Recommend equipment as needed to the PT.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Use clinical judgment to progress or regress patients as appropriate.
• Incorporate technology into daily practice as deemed by the Company.
