Mountain View Pain Center in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient multidisciplinary team. You will support the Physical Therapist, assist in plan of care meetings, document notes, and help discharge planning while promoting movement as medicine.

We value commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration, and growth, with opportunities to contribute to pelvic floor therapies. Onsite, regular hours with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado PTA license required.
• BLS certification current; in-person or hybrid class accepted.
• Must have Colorado PTA license before first day of hire.
• Experience or interest in pelvic floor therapy is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with the Physical Therapist any pertinent information concerning patient progress, problems and plans.
• Participate in patient plan of care meetings and communicate with the Physical Therapist.
• Record treatment notes and complete notes in a timely manner per policy and procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Recommend any needed equipment to the Physical Therapist.
• Accept other duties assigned.
• Exercise good judgment and use technology in daily practice.
