Qualifications

• Active Colorado State License (PTA) required.
• BLS Certification required; hybrid or in-person training acceptable.
• Current Colorado PTA license before first day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Physical Therapist about patient progress and plans.
• Record and complete treatment notes in a timely manner.
• Participate in discharge planning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Recommend equipment and assist in daily practice improvements.
• Progress or regress patients as directed and integrate technology as needed.
