St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with functional impairments.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and work within the network to promote optimal health and wellness. Qualifications

• Doctoral, masters or bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current PA or NJ PT license based on work location.
• Completion of required affiliations during training.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop a treatment plan.
• Provide skilled interventions tailored to patient needs using appropriate techniques.
• Collaborate with patients to set short and long-term goals.
• Educate patients and families on prognosis and care options.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in the medical record.
• Supervise PT assistants and students as assigned.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education.

Formation

Doctoral Degree

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Current Physical Therapist license in PA or NJ

BLS certification
