Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is hiring a Physical Therapist II to provide direct PT services in our Center for Health Site. The role supports orthopedic and related therapies, with 45-minute evaluations and personalized treatment plans aimed at functional goals.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with clinic hours M-Th 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-5:30pm, and occasional evenings or Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay based on experience; licensure and BLS CPR required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Illinois licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A valid driver's license is required if offsite duties.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience.
• Lymphedema experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient status and implement therapeutic programs to address movement dysfunction.
• Educate patients and engage them in their own care.
• Stay updated on new techniques and equipment in physical therapy.
• Maintain strong clinical reasoning to achieve outcomes.

Hourly Pay Range:

$43.38 - $67.24 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Physical Therapist II
• Location: Center for Health Site, 1200 S York St, Elmhurst, IL
• Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
• Hours: Clinic operation hours are M-Th 7-7; Fri 7-5:30. One evening shift until 7pm. One Saturday every 4 months from 8am to 12noon.

What you will do:

Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by the completion of comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals. Evaluates patient's physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of an anatomic or physiologic origin. Uses excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care. Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy. Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base, and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Preferred: Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure
• A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• As a Physical Therapist II - minimum of 2 years work experience required
• Lymphedema experience is preferred but not required.
