Job summary

Mercy Health Center is hiring a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to conduct objective assessments and design individualized treatment plans for adults and seniors. You will supervise patients, rehab technicians, and PT assistants under the Oklahoma Practice Act, contributing to Mercy’s mission and service standards.

The position requires Oklahoma licensure or eligibility, and a background in adult and geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification is required and current.
• Six months to one year experience preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.
