Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in New York state.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Outpatient PT experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Educate patients on exercise, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Provide patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain clean, safe clinical environment and infection control.
