Hugh Chatham Health, Inc. in Thomasville, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for the Outpatient Rehabilitation department. The role is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday with some Saturday clinic coverage on a quarterly basis.

You will assess and treat patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and work within hospital standards to maintain high quality care. A BS/MS/DPT and current licensure are required, along with CPR certification.

Competenze

• Requires B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support, Level C).
