Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Meet department productivity and budget expectations and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate on quality improvement and participate in safety, education, and committee activities.
• Supervise PT students and PT assistants to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
