Workforce Recruiter is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY, near Montour Falls. You will provide hands-on care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to optimize recovery and function.

Qualifications

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for state Physical Therapist license.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet goals.
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policies.
• Provide patient education to empower rehabilitation and prevent injuries.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized environment and infection control.
