Job summary

Spectrum Health seeks a licensed physical therapist to provide therapy to patients per clinical need and direction. You will educate patients and caregivers and arrange adaptive equipment as required to support recovery and independence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in physical therapy (Master's preferred), at least 6 months of relevant experience, and state licensure. This full-time position offers day shifts within a collaborative rehab team at Greenville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• 6 months of relevant experience
• Preferred LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• Upon Hire required LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• Home Care Business Lines: Upon Hire required CRT-BLS - AHA 90 Days required
• Or CRT-BLS - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed

Education
