Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s condition and develop a treatment plan.
• Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulations and payer requirements.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Ensure compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
