Corewell Health in Greenville, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services based on patient needs and medical direction. You will educate patients and caregivers and coordinate adaptive equipment as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, MI licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. A Master's degree is preferred, with 6 months of relevant experience strongly encouraged. This full-time position follows day shift, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required.
• CRT-BLS (AHA or ARC) 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
