Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from a PTA program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Required: Associate’s Degree.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy modalities and treatments as determined by the plan of care established by a physical therapist.
• Collaborate with patient care team to maintain high quality care and professional standards.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and participate in interdisciplinary teamwork.
