Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and sets goals with family involvement.
• Delivers therapy interventions using standard PT techniques suitable for patient age and condition.
• Completes timely documentation to meet regulatory and departmental standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and educational offerings to improve operations.
• Supports colleagues and supervises supportive personnel as directed.
