Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, establish goals, and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The position offers a 4-day workweek Monday–Friday with a flex day off, rotating 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, all daylight starts and no weekend commitments. This role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and requires current state PT licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and PT licensure or eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to collaborate with patients and healthcare team.
• Knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments and develops goals and plans of care with patient/family involvement.
• Delivers physical therapy interventions appropriate to age and condition.
• Completes documentation to meet department and regulatory standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives for improvement and education.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
