Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligible.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient condition and sets goals and care plan with patient/family involvement.
• Delivers therapy interventions appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Completes documentation to meet department, hospital and regulatory standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives for operational improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
