Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Establish and implement a plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Document patient care and progress per policy and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to achieve optimal patient care.
