Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist in Wisconsin for 20 hours per week at a rural hospital setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and performs musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment to meet functional goals.
• Maintains patient documentation and discharge planning per policy.
