Duke Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for Offsite Creekstone labs in Durham, NC. The role involves obtaining specimens, processing, and delivering results while maintaining patient safety and data accuracy.

Monday–Friday schedule with afternoon shifts and a 2,500 commitment bonus for 1-year service. Experience in pediatric phlebotomy is strongly preferred, and candidates should have a high school diploma or GED plus structured phlebotomy training.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED; structured phlebotomy training recommended.
• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Tech I or certification as a Phlebotomist required or equivalent.
• Certification as a Phlebotomist may be required for some assignments; Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and specialized phlebotomy procedures and specimen collection.
• Process and prepare specimens for testing; ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams; document lab records.
