The Pharmacy Technician will support daily operations, help establish workflows, and partner with pharmacists to prepare prescriptions and assist patients throughout their care journey. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current pharmacy technician certification and/or license for the state of practice required.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice preferred.
• Disciplinary action may result from lapses or failures to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in collecting patient information and maintaining records as required by policy.
• Prepare medication orders for dispensing and perform required calculations.
• Maintain accuracy checks with supervision from pharmacists or technicians.
• Fill and manage medication supplies, including controlled substances inventories.
• Communicate with caregivers and participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.
