Job summary

Advocate Health’s Milwaukee location Store 1002 – Retail Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for a full-time role. You will oversee daily dispensing, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with DEA, FDA and state boards.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership to maintain safe patient care and service quality. Qualified candidates hold a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, state licensure or reciprocity, and at least 2 years of pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed in the state or eligible for reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmacy staffing and scheduling to ensure safe patient care.
• Ensures compliance with DEA, FDA and state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Supports planning of new and revised pharmacy services.
• Supervises daily preparation and dispensing of all pharmaceuticals.
