CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinics. You will deliver compassionate front desk support, greet patients, schedule and screen calls, verify insurance, and communicate financial responsibilities.

The role emphasizes empathy, efficiency, and a positive first impression in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and recent customer service experience, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recent customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport in person and by phone.
• Screen and answer calls promptly; take messages and relay information.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities to patients.
• Manage referrals and prescriptions; communicate first visit expectations.
• Scan insurance and ID cards into patient files.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles, balance daily collections, and submit charges.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment per CDC guidelines.
