Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Massachusetts OT license required; CHT and BLS preferred.
• 0-1 year experience in OT preferred; hand therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
• Create and monitor individualized OT treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
