Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod, part of the Mass General Brigham system, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to guide patient recovery through individualized therapy. The role emphasizes a 1:1 treatment model across clinics on Cape Cod, with mentorship, continuing education, and reimbursement for certifications.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, does require MA licensure, and is a full-time 40-hour schedule, with duties including evaluations, goal setting, and patient education

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Massachusetts license is required for practice.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities.
• Interpret physical therapy evaluations and test results to set goals and plans.
• Administer manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Instruct and encourage patients in performing activities and using assistive devices.
• Supervise PTAs in accordance with regulations and policies.
