Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Network seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist with pediatric experience for a full-time 40-hour week at Cape Cod. The role offers a 1:1 treatment model across clinics in Plymouth, Hyannis, Orleans, Sandwich, and nearby communities, with mentorship, education days, tuition reimbursement, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include interpreting evaluations and tests, setting goals and plans, providing manual therapy, and supervising PTAs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• 1–2 years internship/practice experience preferred.
• Licensure from 2016 onward requires a DPT.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance and independence.
• Interpret evaluations, establish goals and treatment plans, and supervise PTAs per policy.
