Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation on Cape Cod is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time, 40-hour schedule. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates. The role supports a 1:1 treatment model across outpatient clinics in Sandwich, Hyannis, Orleans, and nearby communities.

Qualified candidates have a degree in physical therapy and Massachusetts licensure. Prior internship or residency is preferred, with neuro experience valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Massachusetts license required.
• Experience completing internship or apprenticeship; 1–2 years preferred.
• Neuro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance and restore functioning.
• Interpret evaluations and tests to set goals and plans for therapy.
• Administer manual exercises and teach patients to use assistive devices.
• Supervise PTAs according to policy and state regulations.
• Contribute to hospital-wide quality process improvement.
