Cape Cod Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist in Osterville, MA for outpatient orthopedics. Full-time preferred; new graduates welcomed and mentored from day one. Clinic operates Mon–Fri 7am–7pm and Sat 8am–1pm, with flexible scheduling.

Expect a diverse orthopedic caseload including pre/post-op and conditioning, with a compensation range of $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent required.
• Eligibility for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time preferred; part-time considered with 16+ hours and two weekdays availability.
• New graduates welcome and will be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse general orthopedic caseload (pre/post-op, conditioning, injury prevention).
• Focus areas include balance, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports PT.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 11–12 patients per day for full-time staff.
