Job summary

Spaulding Cape Cod, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehab team on Cape Cod (Sandwich, Hyannis, Orleans, Plymouth). This full-time position features a 40-hour schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and an emphasis on 1:1 patient care and clinical mentorship.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program and Massachusetts licensure; Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Pre-2016 licensure allowed a bachelor’s or master’s degree; licensure from 2016 onward requires a DPT.
• Mass General Brigham’s outpatient program emphasizes 1:1 care, mentorship, and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities.
• Evaluate effects of treatment and adjust sessions to maximize benefit.
• Establish plan of care with goals and reassess progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and use of devices.
• Supervise PTAs according to policy and state regulations.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality process improvements.
