Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in Edison, New Jersey. The role focuses on orthopedic outpatient care, evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a setting with a typical 1-2 patients per hour schedule.

You will document progress, educate patients, and support return-to-work and functional goals, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• DPT or MSPT degree.
• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient patient schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on findings and goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy and track progress.
• Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and home programs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patients through return-to-work and functional goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
