Job summary

Access Control Physical Therapy & Wellness in Princeton, New Jersey seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. This full-time role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, conducting evaluations, and creating evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, New Jersey license, and at least two years of outpatient experience. Competitive salary ($100k–$120k) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of two years outpatient orthopedic experience.
• CPR certification (and related skills) to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and obtain informed consent.
• Create individualized treatment plans and communicate them to patients and families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and adapt as needed.
• Document all patient interactions in electronic health records per regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case reviews.
• Engage in local health initiatives and professional development activities.
• Assist in designing discharge plans and follow-up strategies.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy development to improve care access.
