Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT Degree.
• Prior outpatient PT experience.
• Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability to manage patient care independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up physical therapy assessments.
• Establish measurable short- and long-term treatment goals.
• Treat orthopedic injuries and post-surgical conditions.
• Provide strengthening, flexibility, balance, and mobility training.
• Progress therapeutic activities according to patient ability.
• Perform hands-on treatment when appropriate.
• Reassess functional performance throughout treatment.
• Provide patient education and home exercise guidance.
• Maintain complete progress notes and treatment records.
