Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Edison, NJ is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for an orthopedic outpatient office. You will assess patients, identify treatment priorities, guide rehabilitation plans, and support musculoskeletal recovery, with post-surgical cases welcome.

This hands-on clinical role typically sees 1–2 patients per hour, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule (9 AM–5 PM). You will maintain complete records, communicate home exercise programs, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Physical Therapist license.
• DPT or MSPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Outpatient PT experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehab.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
• Identify mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and movement limitations.
• Establish measurable short- and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Create and carry out individualized outpatient treatment programs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Reassess progress and update treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
• Provide patients with clear home exercise and self-management instructions.
• Maintain complete patient records and treatment documentation.
