Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Stephens City, VA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient practice. The schedule is 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with a manageable pace of about 1–2 patients per hour.

You will perform initial PT assessments, treat orthopedic injuries and post-surgical conditions, set functional goals, and choose exercises to match diagnoses. Requires active PT license and DPT/MSPT degree, plus outpatient PT experience.

Qualifications

• Active PT license required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT degree required.
• Previous outpatient PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial physical therapy assessments.
• Treat orthopedic injuries and post-surgical conditions.
• Set functional goals with patients.
• Choose exercises and interventions matching diagnosis.
• Progress activity as strength and movement improve.
• Monitor pain, mobility and response to treatment.
• Provide home exercise guidance.
• Keep clinical records accurate and up to date.
• Decide discharge or continuation of therapy.
