Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new patients and identify physical and functional limitations.
• Establish individualized rehabilitation goals and plans of care.
• Provide orthopedic physical therapy treatment.
• Guide patients through strengthening, mobility, flexibility, and functional exercises.
• Incorporate manual techniques when appropriate to the treatment plan.
• Track measurable changes in patient function.
• Modify exercises and interventions as recovery progresses.
• Explain home programs and provide practical patient education.
• Maintain organized and accurate treatment records.
• Support safe transitions back to normal activities.
