Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a Licensed PTA for orthopedic rehab in Hillsborough, NJ. This full-time role supports the PT's treatment plan and ensures safe, effective exercises for patients. You will help manage knee, shoulder, and gait rehab within a busy outpatient clinic.

The position emphasizes hands-on PTA duties, clear communication with the supervising PT, and accurate documentation. NJ licensure is required, with experience in outpatient ortho preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in New Jersey.
• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Lead prescribed strengthening and mobility exercises.
• Assist patients with balance, coordination, and functional movement.
• Monitor symptoms and tolerance during sessions.
• Communicate patient observations to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce exercise instructions and proper movement technique.
• Document treatments and patient responses.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Follow clinic procedures and standards of care.
