Missouri Baptist Medical Center, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Outpatient Services Team in St. Louis County. Key responsibilities include patient scheduling for the pre-anesthesia testing clinic and chart assembly for the Operating Room on the day of surgery.

The role also coordinates interpretive services as needed and manages office supplies. It may include some administrative duties for the OR team to ensure smooth outpatient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of administrative experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
• Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
• Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
• Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
