BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a nursing role at Saint Louis, Missouri. This position manages OR/PACU nursing staff, leads performance evaluations, and participates in budget and staffing planning.

Ideal candidates will have OR/PACU experience, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and leadership experience. RN licensure is required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Develops staff development plans and productivity goals.

• Coordinate staff communications, huddle agendas and meetings.
• Determine staffing needs and nursing assignments; manage overtime.
