• Performs administrative and operational duties for the outpatient facility.
• Facilitates communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, staff, and leadership.
• Supports routine projects and research efforts for the Director.
• Provides follow-up on assignments and tasks.
• Performs specialized administrative work requiring independent judgment.
• Completes assignments accurately and on time within guidelines.
• Contributes to Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Performs other related duties, including patient-facing responsibilities.
