Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms; coordinate maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in communicating appointment reminders, test results, and other pertinent information to patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies in all administrative activities.

Education

Associate degree (AA)

Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years healthcare experience (outpatient clinic)
