Abbott is seeking an Outpatient Sales Representative for the SE Phoenix, AZ area as part of the Adult Nutrition Sales team. You will drive sales by engaging Healthcare Professionals in outpatient offices and promoting our nutrition brands like Ensure and Glucerna.

Responsibilities include building relationships with physicians and staff, coordinating with district leadership, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities to grow the business while ensuring compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• B2B selling experience preferred.
• Cold-calling experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and grit demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by securing commitments from healthcare professionals in outpatient offices.
• Maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and administrators to expand nutrition product adoption.
• Execute sales initiatives for Ensure®, Glucerna®, Juven®.
• Collaborate with District Manager and cross-functional teams to align sales direction.
• Plan and organize to maximize priorities and ROI.
