Summa Health in Akron, OH seeks an Outpatient Neurologist to join the Neurology Service within the Summa Health Neurosciences Institute. Employed position with a strong referral base and opportunities for teaching and research, alongside comprehensive in-house imaging and lab services.

The role features a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with inpatient coverage capabilities, academic appointments at NEOMED if eligible, and a supportive team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Neurology Board Certification Eligibility
• Current unrestricted Ohio medical license or ability to obtain
• Willingness to participate in teaching, lectures, resident sessions
• Commitment to quality care in a patient-centered, team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Outpatient neurology practice with access to a neurophysiology lab
• Inpatient coverage including neuro-hospitalist, neurocritical care, stroke, and epilepsy monitoring unit
• Engage in teaching, lectures and resident sessions
